This is a really annoying "feature" as it is... we should at least have the option to disable it

I also find it annoying. Dont for say take it out of the game, just add the option auto cam on/off.

Or does this exist? I cannot locate it.

my 2 cents..... or an ideal

like GT or the car raceing games you can go to different views. i would to be in view 3 always! The furthest away. some day (ex. dragon day) be in view 2. close but not first person view. but still far enought.

just hate it when it auto zooms you in our out. or you you hit your mouse wheel by accdent.

And yes i know it sucks but when your on your lap top and you can't wheel in our out..... sigh.. touch pad FTW -)

Thanks for all the support, much appreciated.
Yes, please give us the option to turn off this "wonderful feature" of the auto-rotating camera.

A checkbox to disable it doesn't hurt anyone.

They log in independently and control everything through direct control of memory.
A rotating camera doesn't even slightly irritate those.
And now, shard's little seminar on how bots work:
You see, bots are "blind." They do not see anything that is happening. Bots are "recordings" of commands. The 55 farm bot has something like this recorded.
enchants up, turn left, run forward, prot spirit, healing breeze, prot spirit, turn right, run forward.
And these bots rarely die. However, if they do die, they res at the spawn point facing a random direction (because of the camera movement.) Because bots are blind, they cannot see which direction they are facing. Tell me how a rotating camera doesn't affect bots again.

I would sign this easily if bots didn't exist, but arenanet is too stupid to find out how to ban them *cough* go to the towns they farm from *cough*

when i play on my laptop the auto roating camera makes me lag while loading on top of the already slow hdd on laptops the auto rotating camera doesn't help. i've joined games where i waited till it would fully load the area and you could see the battles only to realize the match is already over... its just annoying altogether.... they could aleast just turn the default off from auto rotate when you enter the observation game.
